Return Policy:
Bella Baci stands behind all of their products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us (providing the product is unused and in its original condition) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Return Exceptions:
- We apologize but we can not accept returns on custom products or personalized items.
- Bella Baci is not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We can not honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
- Please measure your pet carefully prior to ordering. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed we will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.
Return Instructions:
1. Please contact customer service (Contact Us Page) and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You will receive your RA# within 48 hours. **Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for returns and exchanges.
2. Please print the return form and fill it out completely. Be sure to enclose this form with your return.
3. Please package your merchandise carefully. Please use either a padded envelope or a box. Please do not place in a standard paper envelope. You will be responsible for merchandise that is damaged prior to returning to our warehouse.
4. Send your return via UPS, Fed EX or Delivery Confirmation (for tracking purposes) to:

Please note that Bella Baci will not be held responsible for any parcels lost during shipping returns. Until the merchandise is received by Bella Baci, it is the property of the owner.
5. Once the merchandise is received at the Bella Baci warehouse, your return will be processed with a credit to your credit card or an exchange will take place within 10 business days.
6. Bella Baci will email you a confirmation of your exchange or return.
Damage Policy:
Bella Baci fully inspects all of their products prior to leaving our warehouse. In the case of receiving a damage, please see our policy below:
Please notify Bella Baci via email at info@BellaBaciNY.Com WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT if an item is damaged. We will send you a prepaid return sticker to send the merchandise back to us for a full refund (shipping charges included). Once we receive and inspect the damaged merchandise we will either replace the item for you or you can choose another product from our site.
