Shipping Questions:
How long will it take to get my order?
All orders will leave the Bella Baci warehouse within 1-3 business days from placement of order. UPS ground can take up to 5 business days to reach you depending on your delivery address.
Can I get my order sooner?
If you need your order sooner you will have the option to choose other delivery methods in the checkout section of this site.
What method do you use to ship orders?
Bella Baci uses UPS to ship all orders
How will I know the status of my order?
Bella Baci will send you a series of order notifications via email to let you know the status of your order. You will receive a confirmation receipt of order and an email to notify you that your parcel has been shipped.
Will I be able to track my order?
Bella Baci will send you your UPS tracking number in your shipment notification email. You can visit www.UPS.com to track your parcel once it has left the Bella Baci warehouse.
What is your policy on Non-Deliverable, Refused and Unclaimed Orders?
If an order is returned, refused or unclaimed by the customer due to customer refusal, customer negligence/absence, or customer providing incorrect shipping information, we will attempt contact via phone and/or email if provided. If no response is received, the customer will be charged with the appropriate shipping charges and a 30% restocking fee. Please make sure that the shipping information on your order is correct and that someone will be available to receive your package. All orders that require re-shipping at the request of the customer, whether for returned, refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages will require an additional re-shipping charge.

How can I pay for my order?
Currently at this time Bella Baci only accepts credit card payments for web site orders. If you have any further questions you may contact our customer service department.
Am I able cancel or change my order?
Bella Baci strives to process and ship all orders as promptly as possible. If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel or revise your order within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Please email your cancellation request or order change to info@BellaBaciNY.Com. Be sure to include your name and order number. Please note: Orders for custom or personalized items cannot be cancelled or changed at any time. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs on canceled/returned orders that are received after the 12 hour cancellation period.
Can I place my order as a gift order?
You will have the option to send your order as a gift in the checkout section of our site. **Please be advised that our return policy also applies to gift orders.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Bella Baci offers gift wrapping for all of their products. You may chose the gift wrapping option in the checkout section of our site. A photo link will show you how your gift will arrive to the recipient. Bella Baci charges $4.00 for gift wrapping. There is no additional charge for multiple parcels to be wrapped on an order.
Will I be charged sales tax?
New York State residents are automatically charged applicable sales tax. Purchases made outside of New York State are not subject to sales tax.
Return/Damage Questions:
What is your exchange/return policy?
Bella Baci stands behind all of their products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us (providing the product is unused and in its original condition) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund (less shipping and handling).
Return Exceptions:
- Bella Baci can not accept returns on custom products or personalized items.
- Bella Baci is not responsible for any damage that is caused by your dog to any of the merchandise. We can not honor refunds or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used, or is not in its original new condition.
- Please measure your pet carefully prior to ordering. Shipping charges for exchanged orders are the responsibility of the customer. If additional charges are needed we will contact you for your permission to charge your card for the additional shipping charges.

What is your return policy on custom orders?
Bella Baci can not accept returns on custom products or personalized items. We also can not cancel or change a custom or personalized order that has been placed.

What is your policy on damaged items?
Bella Baci fully inspects all of their products prior to leaving our warehouse for damages.
Please notify Bella Baci via Email WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT of order if an item is damaged. We will send you a prepaid return sticker to send the merchandise back to us for a full refund (including shipping charges). Bella Baci will either replace the item for you or you can choose another product from our site. Damage returns will not be honored if return request is placed more than 48 hours after receipt of order.

Please refer to our sizing charts to determine your pets size and get instructions on how to measure your pet.
What if my purchase does not fit my pet?
If your purchase does not fit your pet you may return it to us for an exchange. Please be aware that you will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the exchange. To avoid this please measure your pet as accurately as possible! Also, due to the uniqueness of Bella Baci's products an exact exchange of merchandise may not be possible.
Do you sell wholesale?
Bella Baci is happy to announce that we do sell wholesale. If you are a retail establishment, catalog, private label company and would like more information about our productions and collections please contact us for a brochure.
